The goal at Baumgardner Inspection Services is to provide a comprehensive and unbiased report of a properties physical condition with emphasis on integrity, safety and health. Provided (for a reasonable fee) is a seven page computer generated report the same day as the inspection. Pest and dryrot inspection included at no additional cost with full inspection.
